— PAYSON CAMPGROUND GUESTS —

Campsites are free for use by fly-in guests only, with a tie-down on Bravo ramp.  If you wish to make a donation, there is a box outside the restroom area with comment cards for your use.  If your group has five or more planes, please contact us so we may reserve the necessary space for you. Please register in our book at the restroom area.

More than one tent may occupy a campsite.

All pets must be on a leash (for their own protection) and please pick up after your pet.  Children do not need to be on a leash, but be aware of the dangers around aircraft.

All fires must be kept in the fire rings or barbeque stands. Observe all fire restrictions. Extinguish all fires with water.   Wood is graciously provided by airport volunteers.

Do not destroy vegetation around the campsite.  We live in a high desert environment with snakes, black widows, scorpions and other noxious critters, so be aware.

Reset lights to OFF when leaving the restrooms.  Please do not prop doors open.

Be aware, we live in the desert – water is precious to us.

Place all trash in the dumpster.  Replace trash bags in cans. Extra bags are in the cans.

No vehicles are allowed on the ramp.   Bicycles are allowed, but must remain free of the aircraft movement areas.

Leave your campsite and the restrooms as you would hope to find them.  Be courteous to other campers.  Please maintain ‘Quiet Time after 10:00PM.

This campground is maintained by volunteers.  Your suggestions are welcomed and encouraged, as well as your help in maintaining the quality you would hope to find.

The number to call for any problems is the Airport Supervisor at 928-472-4748.
